To work as a Caremark care worker, we’ll teach you the essential skills required for the role through our extensive training programme. Our part-time and flexible positions allow you to fit your healthcare assistant role around family or other personal commitments. Choose from full-time care, part-time, mornings, evenings, weekends, or even just a few hours a week. Whatever suits you! During your induction programme, you’ll have the option to complete comprehensive training, through which you’ll gain the relevant skills and competence to safely use hoists, support with personal care, prompt medication, and provide person-centred care to every client.
