Part Time Office Administrative Assistant required !!!!!
Caremark Meath / Louth is looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll organise and oversee all administrative and clerical functions to ensure our operations run as efficiently as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organise and maintain the filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Update recruitment ads, book and carry out interviews
- Schedule in-house and external events
- Prepare documentation for office staff members
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Office Administrative Assistant
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Strong organisation skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
